Gigabyte P35 DS3R and setting memory timings?

Hi, I have the GIGABYTE P35 DS3R and G.Skill CL4 DDR2-800 sticks and I'm trying to figure out how to set the memory timings? I can't seem to find any menu with it in it in the BIOS. I'd like to overclock my CPU eventually (Q6600, G0 Stepping) and I know that it would be important to be able to control the timings. So.. can anyone help me ?

First when u get in BIOS menu, press ctrl+F1.

Then you will have hidden settings.
