Gaming + lil Oc'ing Rig

Ok, just wanted to ask you guys what you think i should do ^^, I want this PC to be able to play Crysis, Bioshock, Assasins Creed and Age Of Conan (mainly this one) at 1680x1050 res, I won't be upgrading within atleast a year.
What im looking at atm

CPU: E6850 / Q6600 G0 £165.01 \ £176.24
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R \ Asus Blitz Formula SE £76.32 \ £164.49
Memory: Cellshock 2gb (2x1gb) PC2-6400 V2 DDR2 CL4
Graphics: EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB \ 640MB Or Higher? £192 \ £245.00
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200 SATAII 500GB
Optical: Samsung SH-S203 S-ATA 20x20 DVD-RW
PSU: Corsair HX 620W
Case: Antec P182

I currently have everything in Blue
1: E6850 Or Q6600 G0?
2: Gigabyte GA-P35C-DS3R \ Asus Blitz Formula SE?
3: EVGA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB \ 640MB Or Higher?

Any Advice will be greatly Appricated ^^

Gigabyte MB, it's a good value for the money.
The otherone is just overpriced.

I would do the Q6600, I expect more games to take advantage of all the cores very soon. Even without that, it could help if other processes kick off in the background.

Get the 640Mb Video card, it will be of use at that resolution.

Consider a 2nd HDD for backup purposes.
It can also be used to for swap files and the like to help performance.
