It should be in this section (Graphic & Displays) but its not, took me a long time to find it over there.
Doesnt display mean a monitor ?

yes it does mean display..unfortunately toms hardware doesn't have a very active display community. It'd be better to check out www.hardforum.com for that ^_^..it's very active with lots of useful information.
