is this psu any good ?(new post not a double)

I stumbled upon this psu it looks good and i can't spend more than 60 buck including shipping for a psu.

This one look good. It has good amount of a on the 12 rails and good wattage.

What is your opinion on this psu? is it the best bank for my buck?

I have the 500w version. It is not one of my better psu's, but it works fine so far and I got my rebate so it was like $20. The unit you chose does not have active pfc. I think the psu is fine, but if you are running dual 8800's or even SLI'd 7900's you might consider a unit with a 'rated' efficiency, more 12v power and possibly modular cabeling, but cabling is not overly important. You might list your system specs and get some more opinions.

I know you stated your budget, but I just bought this unit. It's 600 watts and the specs are far better than the Coolermaster. 18a x 4 12v rails. active pfc. 80% efficiency rating. Just some food for thought. Exact specs as the 600w Gamestream, but much cheaper without the modular cabling. And the price is cheap.

i just want something reliable i need to run a 7600gt, 1 hd 7200rpm, 1 gig of ddr ram, micro atx mobo, 1 combo optical drive and a 3800 athlon 64
the price is very very good, i just don't want a crappy psu that i will have to replace soon. the ocz is out of my price range.my max is $60 including shipping

Works good for the past 2 weeks. Time will tell.
