Detecting hp 3650 for win xp

I have instaled the software sucessfully using instalation disc. But for some reason it is not detecting the printer. HP Solution center is showing this error... No Hp devices have been detected. HP solution centre will close now. On the other hand the found new hardware wizard is detecting the usb printer just fine. But cant install.
