Hey everyone, i bought this drive last week and put it in my PS3. The problem was it was making a ticking noise every so often so i sent it back and got a fresh one. I found out the new one does the exact same thing and after doing some research i think this is the problem.

Now i'm just posting to ask if it's fine to leave it or if it will do harm over time as i'm unsure.

I would be greatful of any help.
