I am looking at buying http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814127302
Here is the product sheet from MSI http://www.msicomputer.com/product [...] &class=vga, but nowhere does it list the minimum power requirements... Where can I find such info?

for those people usually google for reviews that include power usage.

Generally this sort of info is either present on the box, or in the manual that u get with the card and not necessarily on the site description.

Well then how is a person supposed to know what the power requirements of a particular card are unless they are posted? Does the Manufacturer expect us to ping pong components with the retailer until we find one that meets our needs? I think that unless they are trying to hide something then they should be up front and list the minimum system/power requirements needed.

8600GTS's for the most part are 350w @ 20amps

Also if you go to Tiger Direct they usually have wattage and amperage figures for the cards they carry. For some reason XFX is hard to find.
