Last night I was trying to change my monitor's resolution from 60 to 70 mhz when my entire monitor went blank. The monitor LED is still on and green, and i can hear all the sounds from my computer. I have a radeon x1950pro pci-e and a 19" widescreen LCD monitor at 1400x900. Did I damage my monitor/graphics card by changing refresh rates?
