Old mobo new cpu,gpu,psu

Hi i am runing on a AMD 740G Chipset motherboard and i am installing a Diablotek UL Series PSUL775 775W ATX power supply and a AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz cpu and finaly MSI R7770-2PMD1GD5/OC Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB 128-bit on it do you think that the motherboard can support all of this? even tho its old? the only sad thing is that its only 4gb of ram and windows 7 only lets me use 3

Yes you can install all of them on that board.. You need 64bit Windows to use 4 gb of ram...

and if i can would be great because i was scared that my mobo wouldnt be good cause i just spent 400$ for this upgrade and all i have that is old is the mobo,memory(ram) and the case
