Good enough, a quite ballanced system. Your choosen components are, in my opinion, all best buys for the moment.
This E6750 is working with standard cooling system or with better cooling system (A.K.A OC'ed or not)? :p

No OC'ing will be done. Should I switch to an aftermarket cooling system?

Better cooling system are needed only for OC'er or if you find that the standard cooling system is too LOUD!! and I think Intels bundled fan is too LOUD.

You could get the X1950XT instead of Pro for $186, they are based on two different chips which makes the XT considerably faster.

I'm not a big fan of Intel boards, If I were you I'd look at the latest P35 boards, Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R is a great choice.

I also didn't see a power supply included, Corsair 520HX would fit your system perfectly. $90 on buy.com

Good luck.

Forgot to add, if you are not looking to OC the stock cooler is enough, even though it cools bad and runs loud. If you were looking for cheap alternatives, I'd suggest the $22 Freezer 7 Pro.

Agreed. Freezer 7 Pro is good.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'm gonna check out the X1950XT -- sounds like a good deal. The Freezer 7 Pro sounds cool too. I suppose anything is better than the stock cooling, hehe.

I'll vote for x1950xt, if you can afford it. Get the Freezer 7 pro, if you want something better than stock cooling (not needed for non-OC CPU though). Looks like a good deal on the Corsair PSU, so you might want to seriously consider it.

It needed even for no OCed CPUs. That bundled fan from Intel is too loud. You can quiet it down a bit with other fans.

If it's anything like the stock HSF on the P4 Prescott's than I know what you mean!!! If it is like it, than definately do it! I see the Corsair PSU on buy.com for $99 - $10 MIR, what a deal for that! If you don't like the MIR, it's still a good price.

I didn't mean to offend you, sorry if i did. Before my latest system with E4400, I have a D805 and it so loud as ghosts in the hell, then i had it replaced with zalman 9500. So i have a little trauma with intel's bundled fans.
