Opinion for my current temp

Guys,

This is my first time building a complete rig, and I notice that the CPu temp is lower than the system temp (that's according to Speedfan and PC Health in BIOS).

The system usually starts at 33C, then it rises to about 40C, while the CPU temp sits at 20-27C. I'm using MX-2 thermal paste, BTW.

Is it normal?

this is normal, system will heats up over time. as long as it stays around the same temp

what chip what speed? depends on the cpu cooler and cpu and speed what voltage?

those are good for say an stock q6700 or oc e6550 at 3ghz
