A tech removed a virus from my computer, then after he left I noticed that my IE would not let me go to windows update site, but would let me go anywhere else. I have ran malware bytes and it has found/removed 417 infections, spybot removed 122 infections and avast removed 9 viruses...BUT...after a reboot, 32 command prompt windows opened and showed NTVDM.exe in the title and 28 others opened showing c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe and inside they said cmd.exe not found. Still the computer will not let me go to windows updates and is running slow again...any ideas?
