how can i disable a partition for a particular user.

i'm afraid that it is not possible ix xp by default . get folder lock & lock it..

or try true crypt

Right-click on the disk icon and select "Properties". Select the "Security" tab. This will allow you to create an entry for that user. "Deny" access to the disk.

I know the procedure, but felt very lazy to type the entire instructions!
Searched net, but can't find it!
