stock cooler/heatsinks

since i plan to overclock my cpu, i won't be using the stock cooler.
does the "ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro 92mm CPU Cooler" http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186134
come with stock thermal grease because i already bought some artic silver 5.
where do i need to apply this artic silver 5? on the cooler and on the cpu?

not a very good choice. try the zalman 9500 or 9700 or tuniq towwer

I'm not too sure about arctic silver, as I've never used it. It comes in a syringe, right? Apply a little to both the cpu and the cooler, and spread it out, using a plastic card or something i imagine. I've seen a tool to do this, I think.

Much emphasis is put on NOT USING TOO MUCH compound, as arctic silver is conductive, and thus, is just the kind of thing your motherboard doesn't like applied to connections on it
