Problem with New MSI Motherboard

I just built a new system and its been workin fantastic. But in the last few days my audio port on the i/o of the motherboard has been failing and now the ieee port is failing as well. this is a brand new msi p6n platinum and i just dont understand why something would stop working so quickly.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix or diagnose this problem further? I'm so frustrated i almost want to return every stinking part!

Try updating the BIOS and drivers, it's easy using the MSI website. If that doesn't do it, I'd send the board back. MSI makes good stuff but any company can send out a bad product. MSI is really good about RMAing boards. If you can return it to the retailer, might be quicker than sending it to MSI if you have to return it.
