Which memory to buy?

I am going to be moving to Vista 64bit and 4GB of RAM.

I was liking the Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

I just dont know which memory to get giving the fact that I OC my CPU.

Price is somewhat a concern, but those 2 give you a ball park of what I am willing to spend. LESS is always better.

Ballistix hands down. The G.Skill isn't even HK or HZ which are the best of their ram.
