Alright, I'm getting this system set up for right now. Managed to pull some extra money in that gets to be dedicated for a system. I'm pretty sure everything is cozy, however I need a little help with the PSU.
I do have future plans for the computer (2~3 months from now), so being able to place it together without the need of buying two PSUs would be great. Any other input people have about it, go ahead and give it. I would like to hear the goods and bads of what everyone would say of it.
Than add somewhere around 20% extra power = voila, there it goes.
Go for famous brands like tagan, enermax, etc.
Price? you can check it by yourself in newegg.

Hmm, i had actually already checked that, but if i should follow what that suggested, and take the extra 20%. then that means i should be going with a 1.2KW power supply. Is that right? and how much is that going to make my meter spin if for example i let the computer idle while i was at work?
That calculator is very useful but the interface is stupid. Let me guess, you assumed that Q6600 means quad processor, right? You and everybody else, I did the same. Try again, with single processor. The calculator only shows watts, but you need to care about amps on the 12V rails, it's not that straightforward.
I would get 2GB sticks, it's the only way you can get to 8GB eventually without throwing anything away. Something like Patriot or Crucial are great brands and have very nice rebates on newegg today.
That Zerotherm cooler is cute, but it does slightly worse than a Scythe Ninja and definitely worse than a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme. If you want to impress a young daughter or girlfriend go for the butterfly, of course
The P5N32-E is a good motherboard, but I'd only recommend it if you intend to have an SLI setup (two video cards). That in itself is usually a bad idea. If you intend to stick with one video card then get a GA-P35-DS3R. Maybe wait a couple of weeks for a motherboard based on the X38 chipset, just to make sure you can use a video card from the next generation. I am 95% sure that the GA-P35-DS3R will support the new cards, but not 100%.
Good choice for the case. If you can afford a SilverStone TJ09 that's even better.
PSU: I would recommend the PC Power & Cooling 750W silencer. Read the reviews at www.anandtech.com if you want details. It will be massive overkill at first but good enough once you upgrade the video card.
I agree with aevm in general. Particularly if you pass on SLI (I would), you could probably use a CORSAIR CMPSU-620HX ATX12V v2.2 and EPS12V 2.91 620W Power Supply: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6817139002 I also see that you have two drives listed, and say "RAID 5." For RAID-5, you'll need three or more drives, and for good performance, you'll want a RAID controller rather than the mobo RAID. If you meant to say "RAID 1" for the two drives, the mobo controller should be adequate.
