Ive recently bought a computer when i connect it to my old monitor it says input RGB no signal and
signal over range does any one know what the problem is?

My monitor is 15 inches full btw.

(I am using a desktop (US) with a UK monitor)

"signal over range" errors usually occur when Windows sets the display adapter resolution higher than the monitor can handle. Try starting Windows in safe mode (usually F8 key while booting) and adjust the display settings to a lower resolution and refresh rate. Try 800x600 and 60Hz.
