Display settings in windows xp

i am not able to adjust the screen resolution in my computer, the slider does not move from the minimum point.please help.

Try updating the system graphics driver. If the system is prebuilt (DELL, HP, etc.), check the online product page for a list of system drivers available for your computer. List the system specs including computer's model number, graphics card, etc.
