Error mesages

Hi. Whenever I open up iTunes or Photoshop, I get the message "the procedure entry point CM_Get_Device_ID_Size could not be located in the dynamic link library CFGMGR32.dll". Does anyone know what it means and how I can fix it?

Can somebody please help me as I am now getting very frustrated with it.

I also keep getting a message saying "iPodService Module (32-bit) stopped working and was closed." I take it this has something to do with itunes, but again, I'm having trouble trying to resolve it.

Any/all help would be greatly appreciated

Hi: Try deleting any trace of itunes from your computer then
reboot, and redownload. That will probably get rid of any
corruption that might have occured.
