Is it possible to run PG2 on vista premium?

If you have it install it and see. It's old, I'm thinking you will have issues. This was in a forum from a few years ago "My old favorite Panzer General II ran acceptably after I learned to Alt + Tab it to desktop a time or two after starting the game.
