Overclocking an Asus P5K mobo

I'm looking for advice on OCing my Intel C2D E4500 with Geil DDR2 800 Mhz memory and an Asus P5K mobo in a Antec 900 case. Many of the "advanced" bios menu functions I'm not too sure about. Could anyone suggest what to tweak in the bios (other than the FSB) to optimally overclocking this new rig.
