What do you think about this HSF?
At 4.99 @ Newegg after mail in rebate, is it a good deal?
I plan to OC a E4500....a little bit (~3.00Ghz)

I had Hyper Tx on my E6600, but My OCZ VINDICATOR blows it away

Somewhat better than the stock cooler. Very hard to push the push-pins in the 1st few times. Afterwards, the push-pins will be easier to push. Should get you 3ghz.

It appears to be similar to the Arctic Cooling Freezer models. I have a Freezer 64 pro, and I've been happy with mine. My Athlon 64 3200+ wanted to run with that heat sink passively, even under load, with I had Asus' fan controller enabled in the BIOS. It's certainly much better than the stock coolers. 3 GHz should be easy for that heatsink.
