unexpected restart

Hi, I need help please!
Have tried everything, but my computer keeps restarting.I have tried few antivirus programs-no viruses found.Flashed BIOS.Did everything I could thing of.
What I keep recieving after restart is:

Try another PSU, also could try a Windows Repair off the CD

I am probably really wrong on this, never saw an error like that. Did you update your chipset? Maybe the file system got corrupted when you flashed the BIOS, but it is just a guess, need a senior poster on this one!

If I recall correctly, once I had a PSU that didn't give enough power to the HDD, and it was doing quirky stuff like that. Had to get a new PSU as g-paw said. Do you have an Antec Sonata II by chance? They had a bad batch 1-2 years ago.
