This may sounnd familiar to the other threads but mine is diffrent in that it hasn't worked YET. The closest thing ive got to a working PC is the accessory fans very slowly turn, their lights are on. The cpu fan moves slightly then stops while all of the other fans just slowly spin. That is if it even turns on. Heres my system specs.

Thermaltake Full Tower Armor Case
GA-P35C-DS3R Motherboard rev 1.1
q6600 quad proc
2gb PNY 667 memory
Rosewill 550watt PSU
EVGA 8800gts

I've yet to figure out the problem, I was thinking at first that it is the PSU, but it is powering.....just everything slowly if at all. Sometimes the unit won't even boot. Maybe a mobo and case shorting? Bad RAM? I did have problems installing the CPU fan but it is securly seated.

Anyone have any suggestions on how I can get this working?

Remove the board from the case and make sure you have the precise number of standoffs, no more and no less. Remove all the parts and test one at a time out of the case.

Did you plug in the extra 4pin mobo connector? Sometimes its easy to forget cause it gets hid behind the cooling fan for the CPU. Also is your psu swithched for the right watts on the back?
