Computer wont start u! HELP

Hello,
my windows XP wont start up it gets to the windows screen with he bar along the bottom then the screen that has the opions to boot up the computer in ways such as 'start commputer normally' or 'safe mode' or last known confugeration that worked' and so on..if i press any of them options the computer will just restart and the same this will happen again.
