i think it is close..
i dont know a lot of 8800's but if you had 6000 and 8600gts, you will be needed about 350-450w depending on your other system components...(more add in pci cards??/// more cd drives??)
i recomend you about 600W

I think maybe 600w would be a safe bet. I think a good PSU is always a good investment, if you go cheap on a PSU you'll pay for it in the end; not that Themaltake is a bad PSU because there awesome. I think that one of the few components that you can actually future proof (to SOME extent) is going to be your PSU and it will give you some sort of an upgrade path.

I can safely say that it will, I have a 430W Antec powering a Core2Duo and an Evga 8800 GTS 320 with two hard drives, a sound card and a bunch of usb peripherals and no problems whatsoever, the GPU and CPU are overclocked even!!!

That said, it is always better to spend a few more bucks for future proofing and peace of mind, if you are strapped however go for it.

If you can afford to wait for the $45 MIR, get this PSU, it won't let you down!! Antec 550W for $60 shipped!!!

Minimum for a 8800gtx would be this Corsair 450W PSU for $80 shipped.
