No video, computer starts, CPU fan spins down at 15 sec

My computer has been working for a while until I started to mess with overclocking. I have a:

AMD X2 3600+ Windsor

MSI K9N4 Ultra-F

After I did a tiny overclock via a program in Windows, I rebooted and got nothing. No video, computer starts, keyboard flashes. I tried resetting the CMOS. Now I have noticed that the CPU fan will spin down after 15-20 seconds.

Any ideas?

it does post right?

first of all i would just take everything out then put it all back in just to see if that fixes the problem.

if that doesn't work you could put another cpu in to see if its the cpu (if you have one)
if that doesn't work i would say that its the videocard.

The NumLock/CapsLock/ScrollLock keys light up like they should so I believe it posts.

I took everything out and put it back in now it won't turn on.
