Was wondering if anyone has heard of this. I have searched around but have not found any real help. If I overclock at all I have to unplug my pc and then boot up or my video performance is crap. I just got an 8800 gt and never noticed the problem with my 7900 gs. I bought a new ps thinking that was the problem but still having the same problem.

Not sure at all but a wild guess would be that your PCIe port's frequency is being OC'ed along with the CPU. See if you can lock it down in BIOS so it stays at 100Mhz.

Well I fixed it by setting the pce-e bus to 105 mhz so if anyone has this problem that is what did it for me.
