I'm in the process of building a new computer to be used for light gaming and general video/music. Parts list so far is: Antec 900 case, Gigabyte P35-DS3P, Crucial Ballistix 2GB DDR-800, EVGA GTS8800 320MB, Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD7500AAKS 750GB internal drive, Western eSATA 500GB external drive, DVD/CD writer, Win XP Pro, mild to little overclocking of CPU...etc
Can you pls recommend which card is best. If there is a better choice all together pls let me know and tell me why.
Thanks for your help!

Definitely eVGA.

You didn't really need to tell us your rig to answer that question :heink:

I'm sure a lot of Forumzers would agree with me here, as to lifetimewarranty, greattech support, and goodforums...
Cheap, too, while beating most of the other 8800s...

Oh yes...did I mention http://www.evga.com/stepup/

Agreed. eVGA is the original and it will cost $ 30 more than its stepbrothers. But you know, you can have the generic "coke" or the real COKE.
