Sound Bllaster X-Fi Elite Pro installation?

Hey,

I got my new computer and have tried to install the new sound card as well.

The card is installed and the AD_Link cable has been connected between the card and the I/O Console.

My problem is though, there doesn't seem to be any power on the I/O Console. There are no power lights on it, and none of the connectors respond when adding it to my amplifier.

The included remote doesn't turn it on either.

Does anyone know how to setup the console? Please help me then.

Sounds like you forgot to plug in the floppy power connector to the top of the X-Fi card.

Well, it appears to be connected properly (a PC shop assembled my computer) and the X-Fi logo on side the of the card is lighted in blue color.

Duh.

They didn't even bother plugging in the power cable. All is fixed, thanks for the help!
