New AM2 build, wont post!

I plug in everything, including the case pins, push the power button, and nothing happens! Does anyone have any suggestions?

Check to see if the usb's are in the right place, I've had that happen once or twice, other than that, i guess i would doublecheck everything and make sure i flipped the on switch on the power supply.

try using just one of the 1gb sticks, in maybe a couple of different sockets.
also do you have any error beeps? can you check parts on another pc?

I tried the using only one stick, each one in all four slots with no luck. I hear no error beeps and have no other computer that can test out these parts.

If you plug everything ok, then it's psu. It must have beeps, so if you don't - psu!

I'd have to agree with the Tortilla Kadamatsu (no pun intended bro) on the PSU, 450w is a tad small for that system...........do you hear anything running or does it sound like a silent movie....shhhhh
