Hello everyone. So I'm stuck on deciding to get a new HD for more storage. Vista takes up way too much space after all those updates, and games and other educational programs. I'm debating between these two choices because they are on sale for the next couple of days. Any thought would be appreciated.

Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 3.5IN 500GB SATA2 8.5MS 7200RPM 32MB Cache NCQ

Western Digital SE16 500GB SATA2 7200RPM 16MB Cache 8.9MS NCQ

If there are any others i should look at gimme a shout.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

It kind of depends what you mean by best and what you'll be using it for as different hard drives do better in different areas.

Take a look at this chart to compare: http://www23.tomshardware.com/storage.html

Personally I would go with the Barracuda. The 7200.11 model is meant to be good.
