Error occured during installation of the divice the system cannot find the file

Go here to download your XP driver.
Attach the printer to the computer (USB cord, I think).
Power-on the printer.
Double-click on the file(s) your downloaded to expand the driver (and any other software you downloaded).
If this doesn't work, let us know what happened, and the error code, if any.

It's a personal preference, but I prefer to install the driver before I turn on the printer. That way it's not trying to locate a driver for the new hardware, before I've had a chance to install it.
