Need some help overclocking my system!!

Hey Everyone... I would like to know how to overclock my system.. Some of these numbers are alittle bit confusing to me.. could someone help me out with what I should to absolutely? thanks everyone

My System I have is

Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4 ghz E6600
Asus P5N-E Mother board
PC 5400 4gb 667mhz of Ram
Nvidia Geforce 7600 512mb ram

Read the sticky at the top of the overclocking forum for the c2d cpu's
