I need a good case that is quiet, air cooling, but also cool.

Only 120 mm fans. One for front intake, and one for back that blows air out.

I was wondering how important it is to have a side fan? I have a case that only has 2 fans, and I'm thinking of exchanging it for a new one, which is why I'm making this topic ^_^.

Its a Centurion RC 534 w/ window. Should I just keep this one?

I will be overclocking and these are my other specs:

PSU: Corsair 620W
CPU: Intel e6750 2.66 ghz (plan to OC to at least 3.2 ghz)
Mobo: Gigabyte GA P35 DS3R
RAM: OCZ Platinum rev 2 4-4-4-12
Video: eVGA geforce 8800 GTS 500 MhZ (Plan to overclock to 550 or 570 MhZ)
Hard drive: 1 IDE and 1 S-ATA (7200) RPM
1 DVD drive

And it's at the bottom of my desk near the wall so can get pretty hot.

Thank you all.

You could always mod the one you have. Cut a square out of the side panel big enough to house a 120mm fan and poof! extra cooling and all you payed for was the new fan (not recommended if the case is under warranty). If cooling is an issues you could also do some research and replace the fans in your case with ones that spin at a higher rpm. You will get more noise from this though.

If you want a new case the Antec P180 or 182 are good choices.
