I recently purchaased a Sapphire RadeonX1950 Pro 512 MB version, and a hauppauge 150 to watch tv on my PC. I am trying to find out how to enable closed captions because everytime i try to select closed captions a message pops up and says "Closed Captioning not available" and then just prompts me to click OK. I tried to look at Hauppague website without any luck. Only thing I found out was that my graphics card should allow overlay mode to allow closed captioning but I have no idea where in the ATI control panel can I find it.
Please if anyone knows how to do this Help me! thanks
I thought the AMD's cards overlay was automatically enabled... and I'm not exactly sure where it is, but the control should be in the Catalyst Control Center, under video options (make sure you're in advanced mode).

thats what i thought at first. I still can not seem to find it I am thinking that it is already embedded with the card to automatically enable it. Maybe i am missing program to allow closed captioning on the hauppague card.
