Upgrade with CPU, MB, Mem, do these match up?

Alright Im getting a

1. - C2D 6420,

2. - a ASRock 4CoreDual-VSTA http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157107,

3. - 1 gig of ram. ill get another gig when I can afford it.

Im still running a 6800gt AGP, hence the board, will get an upgrade but not for awhile.

Ive not really followed all the technology since my last homebuild and the Ram has got me a little confused, Ill list three and see what you guys think. i dont want to spend tons of money so im looking for good but not value and not expensive ram.

Id like to buy the ram tonite or tomorrow so I can get going with it, and next week the other two items.

OH I FORGOT, I have a 350watt PSU from Antec, a couple of years old, a really nice one, is this enough to run the proc, mb, mem, 3 hd, and a 6800gt. I have currently a amd2500xp, and all the others, I think newer cpus are better with power req? I hope i dont have to buy a psu too. TY

my advice is to save for ONE overhaul instead of multi upgrades just save up for a pcie mb
