Overclocking Asus P5AD2-E-PREMIUM

Can anyone please help me with an overcloking profile for one of my systems?
It consists of:
ASUS P5AD2-E-PREMIUM motherboard

2 GB ddr2 Corsair TWIN2X1024 5400 C4 PRO

INTEL P4 650+,3.4 GHZ

Why not just do it manually? No 2 systems overclock the same. Even if they've got exactly the same spec. Good luck!
