IP35-Pro: Issues

I read some IP35-Pro owners have the following 2 issues:
1. PWM overheats
2. ESATA does not work well.

Do you have these issues with your IP35-Pro?
If many of you have these problems, I should probably avoid it.

high temps on PWM is only an issue for highly overclocked quads, not a problem for duals. Needless to say that your system cooling also plays a part.

eSATA works for some & doesn't for others but that's certainly not unique to the IP35 as e.g. Asus has major problems with it in the P5K series too.
