ICH9R RAID10 with 6 SATA drives?

I just got a new ICH9R mobo (GA-P35-DS4 Rev. 2.0) and in the raid configuration I am only allowed to choose 4 drives with raid 10. When I switch to a raid 0 I can then use all 6 drives in the raid.

Has anybody been able to configure all 6 drives in a raid 10 with ICH9R? Has anybody evaluated performance of raid 10 with 6 drives on a ICH9R mobo?

Yes, it works, but a build and rebuild are very slow compared to 4 disks.
