what motherboard is better?

so ive got an, ASUS M2NPV-VM motherboard with an amd 64 athlonX2 4200+ processor dual core, and i won a NVIDIA nforce 680i LT SLI motherboard and i would need to buy a new intel dual core for it but i can sell the one ive got now so is the nvidia better then the asus? what one would make it so i dont have to upgrade for a longer time and or what well just run better over all, also not sure if it well be related but ive got an 8800 GTX nvidia vid card. i know nothing about computers really so any help would be great thanks lol.

the one i won of this is from BFG but i think thats still the same i dont know lol

Right now Intel is leading CPU performance so you'll get a faster system by building around that NVIDIA motherboard. We don't really know yet if AMD will be competitive in 2008.
That motherboard could be the foundation for a really nice build. With a Core2Duo E6750 or better, 2x1gb of DDR2800 ram and your 8800GTX you'll have a high performance system that should last for a while.
