Help finding the BIOS optiona

I am just getting into the overclocking thing and I'm all fired up. I have an AMD 64 5000+ in an HP machine. No matter what I push I can't find the BIOS settings to get started. I've tried all the F keys, delete, ctrl alt esc, all kinds of things and no luck at all. Can someone PLEASE help!!

What HP machine do you have? HP's can't overclock, or can they?
