Who uses Dial-Up?
Since I'm trying to make a PC and I just have to stay Online for 2 Hours and it sucks

Ha, there are a LOT of people stuck on dialup, more than most of you would realise. My parents still use a 36K modem. Where they live, dial up is still the only option. There is nothing else available, and they live almost dead center of the USA.

I have to deal with 3Mb down on Verizon DSL and 5Mb down on Comcast cable. I want Verizon FIOS, 15Mb down.

I'm surprised anyone survives with dial up. How the hell can you stand it. A friend of mine just downloaded the patches for Vanguard: Saga of Heroes and it was somewhere between 700-1000MB. That would take about 5 hours @ 56kb/sec

Edit: Bad math, I knew 5 hours wasn't enough. Assuming my math is correct, which is dubious a best, it's 41.6 hours. That looks more in line.
