Changing graphics driver

Hi all,

I have recently re-installed Windows 7 Home Premium on my one month old gaming computer, but i had installed the Nvidia GTX560 Ti drivers on the disk, which were slightly outdated, then updated using windows update which was fine.
But every time i start up my computer now, the drivers are reverted to the previous versions, making the Aero theme turn off and every game to say i need to update my driver. So i update my driver using windows update and it's fine until i shutdown and reboot, then it reverts and the whole cycle happens again.

I tried installing the latest driver from the geforce website but the same thing happens....
Also the beta drivers don't work either, as Windows says they are not compatible with Aero and stuff...

Any suggestions?

  1. Instead of windows updates, download the drivers directly from nvidia and install them.
