whats the big diff idk really know so any help is cool.....whats the diff from the 128 and 256 and faster mem clock. and the core clock which would be worth more the money

I believe that the 512mb x1950xt has a lower clock speed. You might want to get a 256mb x1950xt over the two you have listed. It should perform better than both.

Get the 512Mb X1950XT if you can afford it. With a bit of overclocking it can easily have the same clocks as an X1950XTX which was the last generation graphics champion. The 8600 will have trouble keeping up with an X1950Pro or 7900GS, let alone an X1950XT
