need help with right cooling solution!

Ok i have done my research on everything except for cooling and cases!

So first off, i have a budget for cooling, $150 - $200

Second off, i would like suggestions for a good case with nice airflow design thats cheap enough to where i can buy more cooling.

Third off, any cheap, quality liquid cooling? If not should i go with the Blue Orb 2 or the Zalman CNPS9700 LED 110mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler? Or a better fan?

And finally, im going for a 3870x2 (whenever it comes out) and i was wondering what i should do with its cooling? Replace the fans with better ones that are quieter? or keep the old one?

H20-Compact is GREAT for it's price/performance.

Edit: Also for it's ease of use for "beginning" water coolers.

Thank you! So lemme get this straight, i should go with liquid cooling and get a lowend case? Sounds good to me, but now the question is, what is the best liquid cooling system for $100 and less?

That's what itotallybelieveyou and I were talking about. The Micro-80 isn't worth the money, is more of a hassle to setup, and doesn't give near the performance.

I have the 690 and it's a great case.

Plenty of space and it's a great deal for the money along with the H20-Compact.

Word, I'd like to get that thing going on a few friends but I've been having trouble convincing them. Glad someone finally just took it and ran with it!

I'll be getting my WCing order going soon (I hope).

And yea I'll try to get some pics posted up here... I just need to get a digital camera.. all I have is the camcorder.. lol.
