Need AM2 motherboard with onboard video

Im building my parents a new system and I need reccomendations for a nice AM2 motherboard with onbvoard graphics, preferably with an HDMI output and under $100. Im not looking for top performance or overclocking ability, im more interested in reliability and stability. So far i have the processor(BE-2350), power supply(Antec Earthwatt 430w), hard drive( Samsung Spinpoint 320g) and case(CM Centurion5) so all I need now is a nice motherboard. Any opinions or suggestions on a good stable mobo for under 4100?
