Would OC'ing a Q6600 to 9x333 (3.0) and upping the voltage make my comp crash if I was running it on stock HSF? I up the cpu volt and mp and fsb but it will shut down while booting up.
But if I use stock settings my CPU only runs at 1.6ghz (C1E and **** is all off, so nothing is limiting power) but if I up it at all it shuts my comp down during boot up and doesn't even reach Vista, just wondering if this is a HSF problem or a voltage problem
