I've just recently bought a Windows XP OEM to rollback from Vista. Upon installing XP, I've been unable to connect, the device manager shows a yellow question mark next to the Ethernet card. I did not recieve any CD for my modem nor can I search automatically for the driver since I need it to look for one in the first place. When I re-install Vista the internet and ethernet card work just fine again. Realtek RTL8168/8111 is the onboard Ethernet card that I use.
Anyone know what might be up?

I have located the driver, it's in the system32/driver folder and is named rtlh86.sys, however when I try to Add New Hardware it does not find this driver like Vista does.

Figured it out, had to create a partition and put a downloaded driver in it.
